That's because the game is still in development. The philosophy around here is "if you want something, write it yourself or commission it from one of the writers whose name is purple", but even then there's no guarantee it'll get implemented.
And you're probably going to need to write more than that if you want a whole new pregnancy to be implemented (even if some bits from ordinary Nyrea pregnancy can be recycled): off the top of my head, at least a blurb in the birth scene that indicates that the babies are Taivra's, with whether Taivra's children go to the nursery or to Taivra's palace, probably a few new pregnancy flavor blurbs (so that the player knows the offspring they are carrying is Taivra's and not some random Nyrea's), probably a scene with Taivra about whether or not these children change things in your relationship/status (and you will need to ask Taivra's writer for permission to write their character).
And you really should go read the threads that are pinned at the top of the Ideas and Event Submission TITS subforums.

As far as I'm aware from reading a lot of the transformations, you don't actually become that species. You're still human or half-whatever you picked, you just look like another species. This is why you still have human children when mating with someone like Sera. You're both technically human.
