This mainly happens when you have too many items.
I got 2 primitive bows and a zil consumable. I threw out both bows, and kept the consumable, leaving me at ten. The end result was me getting stuck in the entrance of the cave, not being able to move.
Edit: It actually seems to be the case scenario that whenever you open your inventory in the area and throw away an item, you are immediately stuck. Doesn't happen anywhere else in Mhen'ga. I think Gedan broke this particular area by accident while fixing the "no time pass yet get encounters" bug I found.
Edit 2: Well, it SEEMED like it didn't happen anywhere else. I just straight up opened my inventory again in Mhen'ga, and it caused me to become unable to move. Dropping items also seems like a guaranteed way to crash. The only way to avoid this softlock, is to sell an item instead of dropping it.
Edit 3: I have found a way around this issue, but it doesn't explicitly solve it either. From what it looks like, you'll first need to by a Bionahole or get Siegewulfe. Once you have either, you then have to fuck either of them in order to escape the softlock. It doesn't save you from Anno, Pippa, or the Dhaal Cybernetics Vendor, who WILL softlock you. Do not visit any of the mentioned until this bug is fixed.
Edit 4: You could also force open your appearance via clicking on your own bust and selecting the labelled N/whatever you binded the appearance key button as.
Final Edit: Spawning Bianca solves any and all softlocks regarding this issue. Although this requires cheats enabled, it is a way.
