Ramis help ...

So, I'm trying to get the Ramis scene where she prepares to hit town to join her for a fun night, supposedly you need to land on Tavros between 13.00 and 18.30, but she's not there.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Did you recruit Ramis?
If you did, did you go to talk to her through the crew menu?

I haven't recruited her yet.
Apparently it costs less to do so after you go with her, according to the wiki page.

You have to have recruited her in order to get that event.

In order to go out with her without recruiting her, just agree to drink with her. That will give you the price reduction.
