You can toggle modifiers (Amazon/Half-/-Taur/-Morph). Otherwise, I don't think so. Why do you ask?

I don’t know when it happend, but my character went from half kaithrit to kaithrit, and the racial score is 78% human, 58% kaithrit, I didn’t change anything to make me more of a kaithrit

Sounds like a change to the way Race is calculated. If you believe it's a bug, fille a report and include your save.
In the meantime, you can force the Half- modifier.

I tried a new character as a half kaithrit and the race % for the human and kaithrit are the same, so I’m assuming it is a bug and I’ll post it in the bug report
