Race Bug(?)

I'm not even sure that this is a bug or not, and I might just be remembering things wrong but...
I swear I didn't have even half of these races last time I loaded my save, and didn't even know some of them were possible.

(I know about the latest update [0.9.015], and this was loaded with it.)

Happens to newly created characters too,

Could be a race rework taking into account the common points in various races. Like if you have horse DNA and wings you're close to a pegasus
or could indeed be a bug.

Either way it might be linked to the starting race "bug" i mean my newly created "half-grivain" ends up having 11 out of 16 grivain genetic mark up, wich explains why he is considered a full grivain by the game right after creation

It's basically a 'traits in common' system now, as far as I understand.
