Questions about what transformatives are allowed in game

Just a quick couple of questions,

Would a Dzaan transformative be allowed in the game? I know that the "addictive cum" perk would never be allowed because it would require to much re-writing of existing content but if it wasn't included in the TF, would it be allowed? (I'm not asking because I want to write it as i have no passion for writing itself - I am more just curious.)

Also, is there a list of or rule for species/creatures in this game that will never receive a transformative because it would require to much re-writing of existing content?

There is a Dick-Slap special Tease attack if you have a 12"+ 'Aphrodisiac-laced' penis. Currently, the only way to get that flag is via Siren's Bounty for the Suula penis. A Dzaan TF probably couldn't get Addictive, but it probably could get Aphrodisiac.

No extra arms/hands.
Humanoids/'Taurs only.
Tail genitals beyond the first are allowed (obviously), but are ignored even by most scenes that use them.
No TF based combat benefits. Which has been broken here and there, but in general.
While I haven't seen a rule, I'm guessing we'll never get the ability to have hands/feet or ear/tail tips a different color. Unless some intrepid soul goes and codes the entire system themselves. The ability to have a different color underbelly is locked behind Shark Bites (and internally called Shark Markings, despite being not exclusive to Sharks in nature). Even separating Fur color from Feathers is unlikely (if you have Avian/Dove wings, for example).

Naga and Goo as well. Though they haven't been getting much unique content recently.
