Questions about Accuracy and Tease

I would like clarification on how accuracy and tease work.

What I understood from stat description:

• Agility provides accuracy for all spells, weapon attacks and everything else.
• Sexiness states it governs accuracy of tease attacks.

Now I have such questions:

1) Does it mean action "Tease" gets accuracy from both Presence and Agility? Agility seems OP and must have even without this.

2) What about anything else doing Tease damage?
2.1) Spells like "Charm Spell", "Shadow Magic", "Gripping Tentacles", "Carnal Hex"?
2.2) Physical acts like "Tackle"?
2.3) Mixed: "Allure", "Prime Target"?

3) Charmer lvl7 perk on cleave tease - does it apply only to the action "Tease" or abilities from point 2 too?

1. Until recently, tease accuracy was derived from Sexiness. However, this changed with the combat rebalance in 0.6.0

Sexiness has received several changes:
1.) It’s no longer tied to tease accuracy

2. Accuracy for all of those things, and indeed most attacks if not all, would be derived from Agility.
3. Only applies to the action Tease.
