Question about Atani’s marefolk guards

So apparently in one of the newest patches Atani’s marefolk guards can now knock up the PC, so how do you trigger it? Is there a new scene that I missed?
I know you can fuck them normally but I think it is just oral and anal.

It is in Atani Private Time menu and the only requirement is that you need to have sex with them once before (I did both Top Guards scenes before seeing the button then it is grey out if you are currently pregnant):

Remember they also have scenes when Sariel joins the village and Naiyana also has scenes with them. I don't know if any of those have applications for pc pregnancy but figured I'd mention them.
