Question about triggering Sera's punishments

I managed to complete Sera's training without ever triggering the punishment, since there was never a time at which she would masturbate without permission. Does this wholly prevent the "Seranigans" pranks once she's completely submissive?

Nope; the chance to proc one of those is completely independent of any prior punishments.
