Question about submission

Is there a time period win which you cannot resubmit, I tried to submit 2 things a long while ago, could I possibly try again

If you think your content is good enough qualiuty to submit, there isnt really any time window to do so. That said, there is a surplus of some types of submisions so so spesific types of submisions may be rejected before review.

Fen put a hold on new submissions for a bit. So no new submitted characters for a little bit.

I don't think he's lifted it yet. Expanding characters and new items are still okay I believe.
