So is it bad if my character's vagina is loose and are there scenes that are only appear if the vagina is too tight or loose?

Not really, to all of them. Looseness only affects capacity and some flavour text, and capacity only matters for stretch checks (which don't do anything other than increase looseness) and a handful of scenes (but you can still have high capacity and low looseness by having high wetness, elasticity and/or bonus capacity). Feel free to have whatever looseness you can maintain.
