With regards to the VR segment, I don't think I'm getting all the scenes. For the female mc variant, are the scenes with Luvia (the blonde princess/queen chara) limited to oral and anal? Is there any vaginal at all? If so, what requirements are there to unlock the scene?

There's no vaginal scene at all, though the scenes do change a bit (particularly the anal one) if you have a vagina and no cock.
