Question about Getting Arona fertile with Hretha

I've completed the Right Of Conquest quest and I've had kids with both Hretha and Infrith. Arona has talked to me about wanting kids, but I can't figure out how to get Arona down to Hretha to talk. Help pls, lol

It's supposed to unlock in Hretha's dialogue menu after you've had the conversation with Arona. Make sure she's in the party before talking to Hretha.

Get her in your party.
