If she is still caged, Ryn's High Libido also decreases the amount of time Ryn can spend without getting off before gaining the negative Blue-Balled effect.

are there any plans for etheryn to lose her cage? or are we SOL on resolving that plot line?

It even came up in the most recent patch (backer-only right now) because there are two ways planned to remove the cage, though the main one isn't implemented yet so the alternate approach isn't functional yet either.

wait, how? im a backer and i dont know this. the wiki still hasnt been updated in a while, so theres still lots of stuff to figure out on your own. like seriously, there are a lot of things in core mechanics that have yet to be updated and still have the todo flag

The wiki doesn't update nearly quickly enough to have content for a patch that's days old, and even then it's moot because the cage content isn't finalized. Anyhow, you've been given how to find the relevant content in the latest patch but if you want a quick summary of the two methods: The 'main' way to do it involves completing the (upcoming) RynQuest, which will unlock the cage after we finish kicking Alissa's ass up between her pointy ears. The alternative way is to ask Lumia to do it after completing her quest. She mentions that this approach will have some side effects and Ryn will basically be super-horni immediately afterwards because of how Lumia's powers work.
