Question about Del and moving to Canadia Station.

I've gotten interested in Delilah recently and having read the changelogs of recent versions i noticed I can have her moved to Canadia Station, however. Regardless of choices I pick during the PC's conversations with Beth, the email I recieve from Del is always saying I convinced Beth not to mod her and what not and to meet her at Canadia Station.

Am I doing something wrong that's resulting in this outcome?

I think you need to make Del completely submissive then feminize them, in order to get Del to move to Canadia Station.

Just an idea to put forward, maybe a Del thread should be made, like how Sera has one? Cause people keep asking questions and getting confused.

Yes, to get modded Del on Canadia you need to screw him a whole lot until he starts to enjoy it, then get him moved.

Could my meddling with TiTsED, trying to speed up the moving, be why I keep getting that outcome? I tried again without that and got the right outcome this time.

Yeah, it's all dependent on his submissive score. You have to get it up to 5 by fucking him just as many times, tell Beth herself that you want him feminized, and wait a while.
I don't touch the raw timer flag in the editor when I try to move him through save editing, rather I change the ingame days to like a week later or so, it works the same.
