Yeah, so I'm pretty sure I've screwed myself over through the order I've done quests in. I did Colenso's Hnngularity quest a while back, and now I'm trying to do the Fix Nym-Foe quest. Is it still possible to do that quest, or can I no longer encounter the sex bots?

I'm not sure what quest you refer to with the second one, but even if you shut down the android factory you can still meet the androids, they are just rare.
You could also go to the factory and look if you can reactivate the droids to increase the frequency

Yeah, I destroyed the console but took Han So's data bead when I did that quest. When I go to the factory tile, there's nothing for me to do

And going to the deep wilderness of Tarkus means you only encounter gray goos? Normally only gray goos and sexbots appear there.

Yeah, I only see Gray Goo there. No Sexbots
