Be exercising in the pool area, and Quenton kicks me out while I'm swimming before I could rinse. Now I'm sitting outside naked until I pay him 100 credits just to get my clothes back.
This isn't a particularly bothersome bug, but it is both mildly infuriating and hilarious. For the save I have, make sure to "get ready" once you go for a swim, then "rinse" so you can see where the clothes went.
