Queen Taivra bad end variations?

So on the wiki it says you can get different bad ends or something depending on the circumstances. My question is "What has to be different?" I've done it over and over with little tweaks and It's the same every time. Or is it only small cosmetic things like mentioning Dane's condition?

Nope, you are right. Just checked the github, and the ability to choose your fate after getting defeated by her is based on doing so without freeing Dane.
