So does the Pussy Drenched status do anything or is it more for flavor? The wiki status effect page doesn't have it listed and there isn't any info in the game. Same goes for cum soaked.

AFAIK the only thing it does is make the Dryad on Mhen-ga show up more often if you have either status effect. Other than than I think it’s just flavor text, someone else can correct me if I’m wrong though.
