This is my first post, and i just created an account but i've played all three games a decent amount for several months now. Theyre awesome... the only thing I think i'd change is the scenes when you lose a fight. I always feel like whether you win or lose you kind of get rewarded either way... even if the rape hurts, you always end up liking it. So to motivate me to win fights i thought id like if it just hurt and you got nothing good from it. Guys are blue ballsed like hell for example or girls are left crying in a puddle of cum... I sound fucked up. But does anyone have a thought on that?

yes, but much like vore, gore, scat, pedastry, its a fetish that turns off a great number of people. I know that I myself would be pretty turned by a violent, literal, non-tongue-in-cheek rape scene just as I'd be if there was a scene where you were graphically executed.
Well, in addition to this being a very not-for-everyone type of fetish, being punished severely goes against TiTS' and CoC's adventurous nature. Almost any foes you encounter aren't evil or merciless, just too libidinous for their own good and/or non-sapient. Some don't even want to fuck you in the first place.
PC doesn't get severely punished even from a gameplay stand point in normal fights. I think that implementing that would be a better way to encourage players to try harder to avoid losing. Even that was stated to go against Fen&Co's vision, outside of a maybe-possibly-someday implemented Hard Mod.
I can see something along the line of what you've mentioned only as part of a Bad Ending, and even then, most likely toned down.
