Public TiTS, cannot toggle minimap popout on OR off.

Neither clicking on any part of the minimap, nor pressing the M key will toggle the minimap.
Happens on imported and fresh saves.
In the developer console
toggleMiniMapZoom() is not functioning.
ui.setMiniMapRolledOut(true) and ui.setMiniMapRolledOut(false) do function.

Map tiles do not trigger movement either when clicked..

In short, everything about clicking on the map is broken.
