[Public 1388] Strange Collar Bug

So, before the update, I was wearing the strange collar. After the update, the armor slot is blank, but the game still "sees" me wearing the strange collar. Any and every event that calls removing that (putting on armor, like the TS-T, using another Strange Collar for the omnisuit effect, etc) throws this error.
