Psi Slave Collar

So I've been seeing it in the save editor, looking for it through google and searched the threads for it and I can't find anything on the Psi Slave Collar. The save editor says that it makes you subservient to the one who operates it, but I can't find that person. Has the collar or the person that gives it to Steele been put in the game yet?

The only way to get it is by getting bad ended during Kara Quest 2 where it will be put on you by Dr. Khan or Amarra depending on who you lose to.

Oooooohhhhh ok. I've never done her quest. I like Shade too much... Thanks for the reply.

You can still hang out with and do all of Shade's current content while still doing Kara quest 2. And as it stands doing KQ2 is pretty much required to get some of the best gear in the game.

Per my opinion i believe the uniform you buy from Anno is the best gear in the universe in the game
