Proposal for the introduction of cheat codes to Trials in Tainted Space

A quick suggestion for this game and potentially all other Fenoxo games

So I would like to propose the idea to you, Fenoxo, to add cheat codes to Trials in Tainted Space, or potentially any other of your games. I am a big fan of TiTs and seem to find myself wanting to buy more items than I can afford quite often. I think it is safe to say that there is a large amount of the player base for your games who do not play your games for the progression or the story, whether you like it that way or not, I feel safe in saying that is true. Because of that, I think it would be quite nice to have the ability to do whatever you want in-game for the players who do not play for the progression. What cheat codes you add would, of course, be up to you, but I personally would love an "unlimited credits" cheat introduced to the game to allow me to buy as many modification items as I want. As stated above, I repeatedly find myself wanting to buy more modification items than I can afford, and it is a real shame that I have to go out and grind mobs to be able to afford them, therefore I personally would love unlimited credits to be able to transform my character all I want.

Now as far as more "extreme" cheat codes such as invincibility, I think it would still be a good idea to implement such cheats. Now while I have no idea why you haven't added cheat codes, or if the thought has crossed your mind, I will go ahead and pretend like I am all knowing and assume you didn't add them because you feel it would remove the entire progression aspect of the game and cause the game to become boring very quickly. Now while this may be true, I think it is safe to say that it will not be taking fun from any of your players. The players who enjoy the progression will do the progression either way, nobody will be forced to use the cheat codes that I am suggesting and I think it is safe to say that players have enough self control to not put them in if they wish to play through the game the "normal" way. I think it would be a nice alternative way to play, especially for the players who just use this game to get off and those who just don't enjoy all the progression.

Now I'd like to end my post by saying that I have very little interest in any cheats other than infinite credits, as I enjoy every aspect of progression in this game other than being unable to modify my character any way I want, so I feel that I could not make too strong of a case in support of other potential cheats, but I personally see no reason to deny players the option (other than that you have to program them into the game.) However while I may not have a huge interest in the cheat codes that completely remove progression, I feel safe in saying that there are players out there who would be interested in such options, or even players who enjoy progression could create new save files with cheats whenever they wanna go on a rampage with invincibility or modify they character to the extreme using hundreds of modification items.

Now I feel that I would not be doing my due diligence if I didn't create a list of potential cheats after proposing the idea, so I will list a couple potential cheats that I came up with off the top of my head.

Potential cheats

Unlimited credits

Invincibility

One Hit Kill

Flawless Accuracy

All Speech Options Available

Constant Lactation

Looping Pregnancy (Always pregnant)

Non Repairing Gapes (Once a hole has been stretched, it does not repair itself and become tight again)

Disallow Gaping (Holes are unable to become stretched. This may become complicated when impregnated, unsure how that would work. Maybe just defy logic and allow birth without stretching?)

Constant Full Lust (Maybe set at 99 due to 100 lust causing defeat in combat. This cheat could make it static at 99, unable to go up or down)

Infertility (Never able to become pregnant. Yes I know there are items that do this in the game)

Set Level (Allow the player to begin at whatever level they want)

These are just the potential cheats I came up with in about 10 minutes while writing this. I am indifferent to how these are added, whether it be check boxes under the settings menu or codes put in under a new menu, it doesn't concern me too much how it will work, but I would be thrilled to see some of these cheats added to this game.

Now with this, I propose the idea of introducing cheats into Trials in Tainted Space, or any games on this website for that matter. I hope you will consider my proposition, Fenoxo. I would love to hear back from anyone reading this with your thoughts on my suggestion or any cheats that you would like to see implemented into this game. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I was completely unaware that cheat codes already existed within this game. Perhaps I am more of a noob than I thought. I would, however, appreciate if someone was able to comment a list of cheats, as Google does not yield any results and it seems harmless to ask before I go digging. Thanks again! And apologies for my ignorance.

There ARE cheat codes for TiTS actualy it's just...due of some people abusing it in past in this or other way tickled devs to hide them deep. So yes you can still use them but you need to know where and how to type them and...ofc know names of this cheat codes. The latter isn't words that are spoken openly on forum so not have high hopes to find them so easy. But if you carefull dig throu various threads in tits section you may find them meantione here or there.

A whole bunch of things that you propose to make cheats for is already available through in-game means. Some of them are accessible from the get go. To wit:

  • Easy Mode allows you to plow your way through the game almost as effectively as invincibility cheat-code would.
  • Constant Lactation can be acquired by choosing the 'Milk Self' option while visiting Millie and gaining the Mega Milk perk.
  • Egg Trainer is just 7500 credits and has everything you need to have a constantly pregnant character.
  • Don't know why infertility perks gained from ODing Sterilex aren't good enough for you.

Pretty much everything else from your list is possible via Save Editing.

Half of those kill the whole idea of Dr, Lash being Dr. Lash.  The other half are already in game if you look around for them.  The infinite item use cheat code is furfag.
