It seems like the condition that I'm missing is knowing that she has a cock, and doing the hunt with the Leothrans and losing was enough to get this information and make the date scene happen. I feel like that's probably not intended as the only way to find out, though, since it doesn't necessarily fit and losing to unlock content unrelated to submission or bad-end paths seems counterintuitive. Is there something I'm missing?
Progression with Hana's first 'date' scene

Hmm never had to do it that way. I did the hunt button x3 and feed me. Did all Hana's talk scenes. Came back to her during a certain time in the evening and bam she gets the option to kiss the champ. I think the dates show up after hunting a few times iirc.
I've definitely done several hunts, I know I've seen all the possible versions at least once. And I've done all her talk options, and the dinner part several times. It keeps not working, but when I tried losing that fight and came back the event happened right away.
Maybe it's a difference in how we did the intro scene? Or, this save did originally start before Hana was in the game and got converted, but I feel like if that's the problem the sort-of-solution I found wouldn't work either.
