These ideas occurred to me after seeing how my orc with mace and shield using simply intuition was a better evasive tank than my ninja so I came up with these perks, I know that the creators are firmly against creating advantages that associate TF or a Specific class so as not to encourage players to play in a specific way. Then these advantages could be acquired by the players regardless of their classes, with the limitation of only being able to have 1 of these advantages per game so as not to break the combat.

(Could also serve as achievements on Steam)

Some of those are really, really strong. I don't know how they'd fit with the current progression system.

At the very least, if perks like these are implemented, I'd very strongly prefer them to be granted by specific challenges (skill) rather than just "kill 500 enemies with X" which is just pointless grinding.

Ditto to this. In particular I'd like more companion quests to have mechanical rewards of that nature that will strengthen or specialize the Champ or the companion in question.

And if the uncapped combat perk system is deemed too powerful, the devs can simply implement a wild card slot where a single perk can put on top of the ones provided by the current character class.

If even more fine-tuning is deemed necessary, these perks can be made into something more akin to Fallout quirks, and come with almost equal amounts of benefits and drawbacks.

The games balance is already a teetering off the edge, those would just shove it off lol.
