Problems after downloading CoC II

Well today I finally downloaded CoC II for my PC I have window 8.1 and when I try to run the game I get a warning with the following: "This application cannot be executed on the computer. For a version for your computer, check with the software publisher "I have also downloaded TiTs but I don't have the same problem, it runs fine when executing it without problems

32 bit Windows is not supported by CoC2 download version. It should still run in the browser (Chrome or Firefox) though.
