hey fen i recently stumbled across the github for TiTS and i was wondering if i could make a private build with some of my own fetishes that are not part of the main game? (eg: vore) i will not post this anywhere without YOUR permission

Regardless if you did and found out the legal stuff, the devs stance on mods is very very poor.
Its so poor, I can count the number of Mods that Fen has liked on HALF of one hand, and one of those Mods then got disowned by him after the creator had a mental breakdown over Riya.
I wouldnt hold your breath on permission to post it publicly either, vore is on the blacklist and if its the mod/games main theme then it aint being hosted here. Keeping it in private is probably something you COULD do, but I have no idea why you would go through the effort if no one was ever going to see it, or for the simple pleasure of one person.
There are plenty of other TiTs like games that contain Vore you know,

yeah, i know there are other games but they are VERY difficult to find and some, if not, most are not under active development. the only one that i know of under AD is lilith's throne but that game has a plethora of issues i don't want to deal with plus it is VERY mod friendly (though most mods are clothing/item based and bigger mods require custom builds)
While I will not deny that LT is having some issues, but if your saying it is difficult to find games for your fetish preference, then your not trying hard enough.
Flexible Survival is the first game I recommend whenever someone asks for Vore or any Lite Blacklist Fetish, and thats because Flexible Survival has a toggle for quite about everything, and the game gets constant updates and arguably has been in longer production than CoC1 (If not then mid CoC1 but its been going on for AWHILE.) Game also has TF, and combat stuff. Only thing that I could see being the biggest turn off is how hard it is to get into it based on its gameplay/UI. It uses MUCK which, for 45% of the commands in the game, require text based input if you dont enable Hyperlinks. The game runs exclusively on Dice Rolls, to the point that ***undoscumming*** (typing undo when an undesired outcome happens to re-roll the action) is incredibly common among players.
Not saying its the only game. Looking on F95, and just clicking the "Vore" tag will get you a plethora of games onto your radar, and you can be well on your way to scratching your itch. That depends on you though.
Firstly, If you can't even stay determined enough to find your own porn how could you hope to finish a mod.
Secondly, Wouldn't it be better to mod a game that isn't still being developed, so you don't have to worry about some update down the road breaking your shit.
Lastly, If it's just for you fucking go for it my dude.If you're 100% not going public with this then you're golden. If you can get someone to write or code it or just do it yourself . You're the only person who will ever see it so why not. Fen and crew isn't gonna kick down your door.
