Primary Weapons Slot

I had the sanctified gladius as my primary weapon, and I accidentally switched it with the rusty knife. I can’t unequip the knife, or switch it out with the gladius.

You can't unequip the Rusty Knife, it's the default weapon.

IIRC you also can't equip the Gladius if your Corruption has gotten too high.
