How do you tell if you successfully get a NPC pregnant (or get pregnant yourself)?

Is there a line that pops up at the end of the scene, or is there a status thing you can check in the codex?

As far as yourself, in the codex, under the particular place that is pregnant stat's. Such as the stats such as wetness size and type for pussies.

For NPCs, I would guess it depends on how that npc is coded.

Only a few NPCs can get pregnant by the player, Briha, Zheniya (the zil call girl), and the female raskvel mob. Both Briha and Zheniya will have text telling the PC you got them pregnant, while you just have to be running around the wild five days after sexing a raskvel for her birthing scene to trigger. Assuming you actually impregnated her, even if you jack up your fertility it's possible you won't.

As TayJK said, there will be a status in your Codex's personal screen (right above the belly's stats iirc) that will tell you that you're pregnant, the species of the pregnancy, and the time left before birth.

The Vanae will say that you got them pregnant but you'll never see the child.

you can also get taivra pregnant but you won't ever meet the kids you do however get a scene where she puts the fertilized eggs in a beta
