I was playing through the quest "Fall of the Phoenix" and at the end I'm supposed to go to the ship bridge and talk to Saendra who is then supposed to promise to meet me at Tavros station. Unfortunately it's simply not possible for me to interact with her in the bridge. I can see that she is in the bridge though. Futhermore the "Exit" button is available anywhere in the ship, which I don't remember being possible last time I went through the mission. If I click the Exit button I instantly get sent back to my own ship.
