The game doesn't crash and the loop is easy to break.
The loop starts when you get into a fight with them and eventually are given the option to seduce them. The problem arises when you select stay and click through the screens to progress and move. On every screen after ending the encounter, it continues to say I'm in the middle of a fight while letting me move and talk to other people. However, if I open my inventory and close it, I appear in the same fight and the enemy is reset to full health.
The fight itself is easy and you can break the loop by just killing them like normal but still something I wanted to point out.
