would an item that you either take before using or combine with a tf item to make it a single item that aswell as the standard tf would also change your gender aswell if the tf item doesnt already do something like that have any chance of existing?

OP wants a TF item that changes your gender. That's it. For some reason he also wants this item to be combined with other TFs to add genderchange to their effects.
OP, this is probably never going to happen, because combining TFs would require a whole new system. Even if you just restrict it to the genderchange item, it's meaningless because you can just take the genderchange item on its own
