Player Catfolk Race Problem?

When starting with the 'Catfolk' Race when looking in the Journal at Appearance it say that they became a human as such I want to know why it's like that.

It doesn't.

I had the same problem after taking the blue potion in the tutorial. Probably just catfolk score being tweaked below the threshold. A Cat's Tongue Berry infused with Turgid Mushroom clears the problem right up.
