Permanent stat decreases

So this is probably awnsered in the wiki somewhere and I just can't find it.


Are their Permanent stat decreases? I'm wondering since I experienced one and was wondering what caused it.


Edit: Looking at my characters stats its more like a few points where taken out of my reflexes and aim and put into physique.

Well that did not exactly awnser my question but it did lead me to my answer so thanks.


So like I said I found the thing that caused this the captain suit you get from holiday .


I'm really glad I did not put this in the bug report section now.
