penny is broken

i think i found a bug for penny if you give her the 2 throb on the futinary menu then tell her to let people watch and recruit her on the ship you cant talk to her only option seen is sex leave crew and back talk is gone from the menu to talk to her about crew and other things like her outfit change or did i miss it getting taken out?
ive checked it on 2 differant saves with 2 differant chares one being a chakat tech and one being a herm tanuki tech
