So on Patreon they have confirmed that the accounts are linked, is it just a matter of waiting a few hours for it to confirm or is this an error.
Any help would be great.

Just had this problem. It takes roughly 12 hours for patreon to be able to link w/ fenoxo.com, or at least it takes that long for fen to fix the problem himself.
