So, I've ran into this several times now.
The first couple times I ran into was during the Zil dungeon, climbing up to deal with Lah on Mhen'ga.
Now it's happening while in the Deep Caves on Myrrellion. (Sp?)
Basically what happens is whenever Steele uses panties to fap whilst in either of these dungeons (I'm not sure if it occurs in any other dungeons at the moment; these are the only two I know of) it bugs out and crashes, resulting in the attached image.
