Panic Ejaculation Perk Not Working

So I have the Panic Ejaculation Perk, but whenever I am grappled, there is no prompt stating to use it, just a struggle and wait options

If I'm not mistaken, it adds to the success rate in the struggle chances. With the perk, there will be an extra blurb describing how the escape went, if successful. If there is an area where it doesn't show up, please be specific and clarify where.
