I got beaten by the Orc Warband and Arona was using my character's mouth and seemed to be heading to vaginal but when I clicked next there was no text and no options. This has happened both times I was getting the scene. Sorry this is my first time doing this so this might be a dumb question. Do I do that by clicking Upload a File? I tried but it says the uploaded file does not have an allowed extension

Change the extension to .txt and it should let you.
