Oral Fixation Perk + Linger's Lozenge

Okay. This pitch was inspired by 2 items already in the game, namely 'Codex: The Treatment'.and the Buttslutinator + Buttslut perk.

One of the possible mental effects for females undergoing the Treatment is Oral Fixation, and on of the possible physicl effects reads:

• Oral erogenous zone: Most commonly centered on the lips but sometimes the tongue is included as well. Nerve density approaches genital levels. Most girls with this mutation find oral nearly as pleasant as vaginal. Popsicle sales are well above terran standards on New Texas.

My idea would involve adding Oral Fixation as a perk, being both an effect of the Treatment for females, as well as the effect of a new Transformative item called Doctor Linger's Lozenge, which can be procured from Doctor Linger himself in his Lab on Uveto.

Physical Appearance Effects:

• If player lip-size is less than 3, lip-size increase by 3.
• If 4 or higher, lip-size increase by 1.
• Player tongue gains "Long" trait.

Gameplay Effects:

• Any sex scene that involves Steele performing fellatio, cunnilingus, or anilingus will always cause Steele to orgasm and reduce Lust to minimum.
• Any time the player would gain the "Orally-Filled" status effect, they also gain (10 to 25?) Energy.
• After acquiring the effect the player receives the hidden status effect "New Sensations", which lasts for 5 days. As long as this effect is active the player will gain 1 Lust every time they talk to an NPC and gain 5 Lust every time they ingest a food item. When the effect expires the player gets a note telling them they have learned to live with this new erogenous zone. They gain 2 permanent points to Willpower.
• Hidden effect: Adult Cockvine's "Mouth Fuck" attack causes double Tease damage.

My vision for Doctor Linger would be as a masculine, albino, hermaphrodite who offers the player the chance to test out their new upgrade by performing the player's choice of oral sex (BJ, VJ, or RJ) on him.

Anyway, hopefully Oral Fixation will get in eventually. That way you can orgasm as you give Sera a blowjob.

Only comment i have is on the "new sensations" effect, at least for treated/bimbo Steeles. I'd recommend that you make it such that if the PC got the perk from the treatment or is a bimbo when they get it, the effect becomes permanent, PC gains libido instead of willpower, and the note is about how much they enjoy it/don't want it to go. I think it thematically makes a lot more sense for PCs who are/want to be bimbos.

Doctor Linger from Uveto? It sounds quite similar to Doctor Lessau that we also got there so maybe you could think about slight change to this npc name to not make people confuse those two npc's in future. On perk...good thing for PC's fixated on oral ^^

Fair enough. Even without the name similarity I think there's probably enough lecherous doctors extant in the world as it is. I'm currently mulling over the idea of him being a salesman who has a stall set up in Mushroom Park on Myrellion. I've even started writing some scenes for him. I'll see how it goes.

We got similar case with female npc's on letter E. And they not all on the same planet put but still form time to time people will mix up them. So even with putting this doctor on myrellion picking some name that will be quite different form others that was made already would reduce chance of somoene in future mistaking him for Lessau or vice versa.

Agreed, the character could take a long time and I need this in my life ASAP, so having him as an expansion is more manageable.
