Opal ring causes critical error

I'm not sure exactly what caused it or if it's a combination of things. My most likely guess though is Either putting the ring on a dicknipple or having 10 rows of breasts or a combination of the two, my character has both
It could also be something with nukki nutts and/or cum cascades, maybe some kind of stack overflow error?

Edit: I think it might be something with the opal ring in general. (Have not tested it with a non cheated in ring)
