Omg how do I get to Dhaal?

Fly->Probe->Dhaal. If Dhaal is not unlocked, defeat the Shock Hopper on Zheng Shi, view the Probe for the coordinates. Optional: Steal the Sidewinder.
Consider playing the most recent version of the game instead of some old build pirated on e621.
Hell, the damn game's available for free. Why the fuck would anyone pirate it? Must be really desperate for the latest and greatest backer builds.
Because you don't know about the actual source? Because you don't know it's not up to date?
The Internet is not a linear place. There's no telling how someone came across any individual bit of it.
The problem with that reasoning here is that they are posting on the official forum, where you only have to hit the home button to get to the site you download the game from.
Is it really that obvious if you don't already know where the Home button goes?
Also, don't underestimate people's tendency to tunnel-vision if they think they know what the solution is.
I'd guess the sequence of events went something like this:
1. xfox64x found the game on an aggregator site somewhere while browsing, had no idea what the source was. Some sites are more up-to-date than others.
2. Played for a while. Could be days, could be weeks or even months, depending on how much time is available for playing and how hard xfox64x focused the Main Quest (check out that Day Count), making the build even more out of date.
3. Put a question into their Search Engine of choice, got a Forum dedicated to the game in the results.
4. Decided to join up and ask a question, figuring someone would know. With that taken care of, went back to concerning themselves with more important things than a porn game.
