NVM I am dumb: Can Tentacle wings substitute for tail genitals?

So as the title says are tentacle wings able to fill in for tail genitals in applicable scenes? If I remember correctly the description for tentacle wings says, they have either male or female genitals as needed meaning it should be possible to have them fill in for tail cocks/pussies. If they don't substitute why don't/cant they.

I think they're just cosmetic currently. As for why they can't, well no one has written scenes for them that's why. There's a lot of details writers leave out. Like say different types of vagina's each race has their own unique vag ( I think all races do, I could be wrong here.) With how many types there are no content writer puts in special parts in the writing to really take it into account like what it does when penetrated by the opposite sex organ
