The good says nothing about this but apparently I have 15 kids and being the amazing dad I am I want the most staff and upgrades
So how and where do I get NPC staff and upgrades from?

After incubating a strange egg, a special room is added to the nursery for your tentacle monster offspring but that's about it I think?

Ah. If we're talking about special rooms for offspring only certain children get them:

Zil, Milodan, Ellie's kids, Sam's kids (the hacker from Saen's Deck 92 quest) and Zephy's kids all have their own tabs.

As do Cockvines, Buttbugs, Cuntsnakes and the Water Princessess. Human pregnancies between characters like Riya and Sera are only there when the fathers are present with the exception of Ellie and Zephry whom have both.

All other kids are only blurbs on the Children list.

The Venus Pitchers also get a room, and a Naleen to oversee them. Just a text blurb, no interactions written for it. Yet.

The hacker, Sam goes to Gastigoth if she's beat, or you use Zheniya to distract the door guard.

Tam-tam is the one that's hooked up to the wall in chains. Sam is just cuffed.
