I just started a new playthrough of tits after a long absence, and when i went to the nursery (i already got my steele pregnant whoops), i cant get to the second floor of the nursery? Is it not yet implanted, since i know they remade most of the game from the ground up, or is it just a bug?

The up/down movement options are now part of the UI, so they've disappeared from the main rows of buttons in most (but not all) cases, but they still have the same hotkeys as before (Q and E).
