It's occurring in #2361 as well. I'd suggest nipping over to this thread (was determined to be the same issue) or this one and posting a summary of activity, the error message, and your save. Or just do that here, since this is a thread too now.

(This probably happened for OP while running around inside their ship, probably the Sidewinder?)
