I play this game through my computer (or i just downloaded it). It's really painful that i can't save the game because every time i exit, it's not saved (slots, maybe reason because i use C Cleaner) or the file (when i pressed save to file) doesn't show up. I did a few research and i found out that i had to go to app data to find the files. But when i did, it wasn't there. None of the files. The only thing i look forward to is saving them as a file so i can customize it. Can anyone please help. Thanks!

Did this research include a search or two of the forum? There are at least 20 identical topics.
Anyway, all Fengame local saves are stored in your browser's cache, which ccleaner cleans. So yeah, if your goal is to save edit, turn all that shit off before saving. You would have confirmed your suspicions if you took a minute to experiment...
Just gonna throw it out there that incognito also screws up saving. So don't use that either.
