Does anybody have a decent list of all/most of the notable perks/traits that actually do something that can be gained through events/transformations, but that aren't locked to said (racial) transformations? (Stuff that's locked to non-racial physical attributes is fine.) I'm looking to pile as much stuff as I can onto one Steele, but haven't played this game exhaustively in long enough to even really remember where to start.
