If you don’t want any smut in tits, then turn off busts and don’t do any sex scenes at all.
A game like Tits would be borderlands and fallout. I don’t know any text rpgs like it tho.

Not sure if that's exactly what you were asking for, but I remember there was a really good old mostly-text rpg, I think it was called either "Dark Age" or "Dark Lands" (or "Dark World") - it was something about the medieval Germany with fantasy elements. Really loved that game when I was a kid, even though it was an extremely hardcore game.
Neo Scavenger is a pretty neat game. Mostly text with some graphic elements. It is post apocalyptic not sifi if that was not a requirement. You can see more info of the devs website. The website includes a demo to test out. It is also on sales on steam for 75% off.
